John Johnson formed NUSTAR SYSTEMS LIMITED in April 1996, to not only provide sales and service to the window industry, but also to offer a level of aftersales support that is unrivalled in this field.

Due to our success, from small beginnings in Coventry, we moved in August 1999 into a 5200 square foot unit in Rugby. This has enabled us to increase our volume of new and used machinery so we can supply all makes of machinery to meet most fabricators requirements.

Using our own engineers and not sub-contracting enables us to prioritise in quality used machinery by providing a warranty with all of our stock, which is not always on offer from our competitors.

Our Service Department, headed by Frank Goldsworthy, provides comprehensive
servicing on most makes of machinery and provides a breakdown call out response. Depending on area and the nature of the fault, we can usually reach you within 24 hours. Coupled with this we offer yearly service contracts at very competitive rates.

The Consumables Department was set up in 1999. We cater for all consumables and can offer full ranges of quality Air Tools, Router Cutters, Saw Blades and Teflon to
name a few.

Spare parts are readily available for most makes of machinery and we pride ourselves
on the fact that  ‘If you need it, we can get it.’

John and Frank have many years
